Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

- All original packaging, accessories, and included components are intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be approved.
C. Situations Where Returns May Be Refused
We reserve the right to deny return requests in the following cases:
- Products that show visible use, wear, or physical damage
- Items labeled as final sale or clearance items
- Any return sent without prior authorization from our support team
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
D. Exchange Rules
Exchanges are available only under specific conditions:
- The product must be sealed, unused, and unopened
- The request must be submitted within the 30-day return window
- Customers must contact us in advance and receive approval before shipping
Please note: All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
E. Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are determined based on the reason for return:
- If the issue is caused by us (such as defective product or wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs
We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking information.
F. European Union Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers are entitled to a 30-day cooling-off period, allowing cancellation without providing a reason.
To qualify under this rule:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
G. Refund Handling Process
Once the returned item is received:
- The product will be inspected before approval
- Approved refunds are issued within 1–5 business days
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase
