At vSeeBOX Official Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below:

Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided that:

  • A return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The customer contacts us first before sending the item back.

  • Items must be returned to our designated overseas warehouse.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fee will be charged.

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 1 business day and issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for unopened and unused products. To be eligible:

  • The product must remain sealed and in its original packaging.

  • The exchange request must also be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers must contact us first for instructions.

  • All shipping costs related to the exchange will be borne by the customer.

European Union 30 days cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
