Order Processing & Shipping

Order Cut-off Time: All orders are processed daily until 6:00 PM (GMT-8). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Fulfillment Schedule: Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time: After fulfillment, delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

 

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping Fee: A $10 shipping fee applies to all orders under $100.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
