1. Shipping Overview
vSeeBOX provide transparent shipping information so customers clearly understand how orders are processed and delivered.
All delivery timelines are based on business days and may vary depending on carrier conditions, destination, and peak seasons.
2. Order Cut-off Time
To ensure accurate processing scheduling:
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT-8) will be processed on the next business day.
This cut-off time applies to all standard processing operations.
3. Handling Time (Order Processing Period)
Handling time refers to the preparation period before shipment.
- Standard Handling Time: 1–3 business days
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- During peak periods, handling time may be slightly extended
Please note: handling time does not include transit time.
4. Transit Time (Shipping Duration)
Once the order has been shipped:
- Estimated Transit Time: 5–10 business days
- Delivery time depends on carrier performance and destination
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment
We work with reliable third-party carriers to ensure safe delivery.
5. Estimated Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time is calculated as:
Handling Time (1–3 business days) + Transit Time (5–10 business days) = Estimated Total Delivery Time (6–13 business days)
This is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are applied as follows:
- Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping
- Orders under this threshold may include a $10 standard shipping fee
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and comply with our Google Merchant Center listings.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For U.S. orders:
- Customs duties and import taxes are fully covered by the seller
- Customers will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery
If any unexpected customs-related issue occurs, our support team will assist in resolution.
8. Shipping Notes for Canada Orders (Taxes & Limitations)
For orders shipped to Canada, please note the following:
Since all products are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, no import duties or customs taxes are charged by us at checkout.
In most cases, cross-border shipments from the United States to Canada are processed under standard low-value import procedures, which may result in no additional customs fees for the customer.
However, in rare cases, Canadian customs authorities may apply local taxes or inspection procedures, which are beyond our control and depend entirely on local import regulations.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information to ensure smooth delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspection processes (if applicable)
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Carrier-related or external logistical disruptions
